Muay Thai for Beginners
Learn how to kick, knee and clinch safely, with a strong focus on stance, balance and defence. Beginners’ Muay Thai classes include pad work, basic combinations and simple drills that build your timing and coordination that no previous experience required.
Boxing Fundamentals
Perfect if you want to improve your footwork, defence and hand speed. We cover basic punches, guard, movement and defensive skills in a way that’s friendly for complete beginners, while still challenging more experienced boxers.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) – Gi & No-Gi
Our BJJ classes help beginners understand key positions (guard, side control, mount, back control) and basic submissions and escapes. Higher belts train alongside beginners, but drills are always scaled so you can progress at your own pace.
Strength & Conditioning for MMA
Build the strength, mobility and conditioning you need for combat sports—without needing to be “fit first” before you start. Sessions are beginner-friendly, with regressions and progressions for every exercise.
Tip
Classes are led by experienced coaches, including the head coach of the Singapore national BJJ team, so beginners can learn correct technique from day one.
Easy check-in & intro – Arrive 10–15 minutes early. Our front desk or coach will show you around the gym, where to keep your belongings, and what gear you’ll be using.
Warm-up that prepares you – We use simple movement drills to get your body warm and your mind focused. No crazy burpee marathons just to “test” beginners.
Technique breakdown – Your coach demonstrates a technique slowly, then breaks it down step by step. You’ll drill it with a partner or on the pads, with the coach checking your form.
Controlled drills & light contact (optional) – You’ll practise with light, technical contact only if you feel ready. If not, you can continue with pad work or positional drills.
Cool-down & Q&A – After class, you’ll get a few minutes to cool down, ask questions and chat with the coach about your goals and next steps.

I’m completely unfit and have zero experience. Can I still join?
Yes. Most of our members started exactly where you are. Our beginner-friendly classes are designed so you can go at your own pace. You don’t need to “get fit first” before joining.
Will I get hit in the face on my first day?
No. Contact is always controlled and optional, especially for beginners. We focus on technique, pad work and controlled drills first. If you decide to spar later on, it will be supervised and technical—not a brawl.
What should I wear and bring for my first class?
Wear a comfortable dry-fit T-shirt and shorts or leggings. Bring a water bottle and towel. If you don’t have gloves or shin guards yet, you can use our gym equipment while you decide what to buy.
Are your classes suitable for women training alone?
Yes. Many of our members are women training on their own or with friends. Our coaches maintain a respectful, safe environment, and you’ll always have the option to partner with someone you’re comfortable with.
